Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, received on Wednesday in Rabat the Deputy Minister to the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of Francophonie and Congolese Abroad of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Crispin Mbadu Phanzu. The envoy was carrying a message addressed to His Majesty King Mohammed VI from President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo.
Speaking to the press after the meeting, Mr. Mbadu Phanzu praised the excellent bilateral cooperation ties between Morocco and the DRC, two nations linked by a long history. He indicated that his visit to the Kingdom focuses on promoting his country’s candidacy for the Secretary-General position of the International Organisation of la Francophonie (OIF).
