Camrail, the operator of Cameroon’s railway network, has reported a cumulative economic contribution of 750 billion CFA francs ($1.25 billion) since 1999. The figure was disclosed by Managing Director Pierre Ngon at a media dinner in Douala on June 22, 2026.
