During a high-level meeting in N’Djamena, Chad’s Ministry of Public Security and Immigration welcomed a Turkish delegation from IF Elektronik Ltd to explore cutting-edge technological solutions aimed at enhancing national security. The discussions centered on digital security frameworks, combating mobile device smuggling, and cyber defense strategies, while also highlighting potential job creation for young Chadians through skill transfer initiatives.
Benguela Guidjinga, the ministry’s Secretary-General, underscored the importance of these innovations, particularly in strengthening border surveillance and regulating unauthorized mobile imports. This partnership is viewed as a critical step toward fostering technological self-reliance and economic growth in Chad.
