The Réseau des Acteurs de Développement Chrétiens (RADEC) launched a vocational training program for young adults on August 5, 2026, at the Episcopal Center in N’Djamena. The initiative, developed in collaboration with Moov Money Tchad and other supporting organizations, aims to equip participants with practical skills to enhance their employability and foster entrepreneurship across Chad.

According to Matené Elias, President of RADEC, this one-month, no-cost program goes far beyond basic driver education. It serves as a gateway to acquiring hands-on skills that improve job prospects and open doors to sustainable employment for participants.

Elias emphasized the importance of discipline, punctuality, and dedication among the learners, urging them to maximize the learning opportunities provided.
