This new law introduces a requirement for high-ranking officials to submit a second declaration of their assets at the conclusion of their term, a measure designed to complement the existing declaration mandated at the beginning of their tenure. However, the applicability of this new mandate to the three highest officeholders currently in power remains a central point of discussion.
