While refraining from direct mention of Ousmane Sonko, the Supervising General of Kiiraay/Les Patriotes Républicains underscored the importance of republican values, institutional respect, and adherence to press and justice systems—particularly in a climate where tensions between Senegal’s leading political figures remain palpable.
Local municipalities in the Cayor region are rallying behind Kiiraay/Les Patriotes Républicains. The weekend event in Mékhé Village saw participation from numerous officials and local representatives, presided over by Aminata Touré herself. The gathering highlighted the growing grassroots support for the party’s vision.
