President Alassane Ouattara arrived back in Abidjan this Saturday, May 23, 2026, following his participation in the significant Africa Forward Summit held in Nairobi.

Upon his arrival, the Ivorian Head of State received a warm welcome from Vice-President Tiémoko Meyliet Koné, Prime Minister Robert Beugré Mambé, numerous government dignitaries, members of the presidential cabinet, and various administrative and military officials. Their presence underscored the importance of his foreign mission.

This recent mission to Kenya was strategically aimed at strengthening the cooperative bonds between Côte d’Ivoire and the East African nation.
