Cameroon’s airport operator, ADC SA, cleared for BVMAC premium listing

A recent evaluation workshop held in Kribi has confirmed that Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC SA) is poised for a premium class introduction on the Bourse des Valeurs Mobilières de l’Afrique Centrale (BVMAC).

An evaluation workshop, convened on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in Kribi, brought together key figures from ADC SA, including members of its Board of Directors and General Assembly, alongside representatives from the BVMAC and various brokerage firms dedicated to guiding Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC SA) through its listing process.

The comprehensive agenda for this restitution and appropriation workshop, which also saw the participation of several directors and deputy directors from ADC SA, included a thorough presentation of the stock market introduction process. This presentation was delivered by Patrick Mbarga, the Head of the Management Control Division. Following this, an in-depth assessment of the progress achieved was provided by the collaborating consulting firms: Deloitte and Touche, NYA and CO, and SDB EMERALD Securities Services Bourse S.A.

The initial phase of this critical evaluation culminated with an address from the Director General of the Bourse des Valeurs Mobilières de l’Afrique Centrale (BVMAC). The Director General expressed profound satisfaction with the advanced state of ADC SA’s preparations, indicating that the company is now fully prepared for its debut on the stock exchange, specifically qualifying for a premium class listing. This development marks a significant step for Cameroon’s economic landscape and the broader pan-African current affairs in finance.
