Cameroon’s Head of State, President Paul Biya, has sent a letter of congratulations to his counterpart in Madagascar on the occasion of the country’s national celebration.
In his message, President Biya expressed solidarity and goodwill toward the Malagasy people.
“Dear brother and President, it gives me great pleasure to extend to you, on the occasion of your country’s national celebration on June 26th, my warmest and most heartfelt congratulations. I also join these wishes with a prayer for unity and prosperity for the people of Madagascar,” President Paul Biya stated in his letter to President Michaël Randrianirina of Madagascar.
