Chad’s President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno arrived back in N’Djamena late yesterday evening, concluding a high-level visit to the United Arab Emirates.

During his official trip, the Head of State held two separate meetings with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan—one at the Presidential Palace and another at his own residence in Abu Dhabi.

Upon landing in N’Djamena, President Déby was greeted by Prime Minister Allah-Maye Halina, the Chief of General Staff, multiple government ministers, the State Minister and Secretary-General of the Presidency, the Special Chief of Staff, the Deputy Civil Cabinet Director, the Deputy Private Secretary, and the Mayor of N’Djamena.
