His Majesty the King has approved the appointment of three new members to the Superior Council of the Judiciary, including Mr. Mohamed Abdennabaoui for a second term as First President of the Court of Cassation and as Deputy President of the Council. Additionally, Mrs. Latifa El Harradji and Mr. Nadir El Moumni have been named as new members of this high judicial body.
In a significant move, His Majesty also reappointed Mr. Farid El Bacha for a second term, alongside Mr. Mohamed Zouak and Mr. Mohamed Ennasser, all of whom hold positions within the Council as stipulated by the Constitution.
During the official audience where these appointments were formalized, the newly appointed members took their oath of office before His Majesty the King, reaffirming their commitment to upholding justice and the rule of law.
