France and Morocco to hold high-level talks in Rabat
An official visit by French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu to the Kingdom on July 15-16 marks a pivotal moment in strengthening bilateral ties.
The Moroccan and French governments are convening Thursday in Rabat for the 15th session of the Morocco-France High-Level Meeting. This gathering underscores the deepening strategic partnership between the two nations, guided by His Majesty King Mohammed VI and French President Emmanuel Macron.
French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu’s official visit on July 15-16 arrives as a significant milestone in revitalizing and reshaping bilateral relations. This marks his first official trip to the Kingdom since assuming office in 2025.
Lecornu will be accompanied by a high-powered delegation, including twelve ministers such as Foreign Affairs Minister Jean-Noël Barrot and Interior Minister Laurent Nunez. The delegation’s presence highlights the importance of this meeting for advancing key cooperation initiatives.
